Gold Star Home Inspections, LLC encourages your attendance during the inspection, however it is not required. Inspection report will be completed and delivered at conclusion of inspection or same day. Reports are computer generated with illustrations and pictures (completed same day),  unless you request check list, hand written report (completed On Site). Home Inspections usually take around 2-4 hours depending on size and condition of home. We have flexible scheduling and cater to our clients needs. Customer satisfaction and feed back is very important to us!
